As a new internet-only bank, LINE Bank Taiwan needed a complete core banking system in place for its opening.

The system has run since the 2021 opening and was handling about 11 million transactions a day in 2023. The project received IBS Intelligence's Neo Challenger Bank Award in 2021. Bankware supports the bank with a local maintenance team in Taiwan.
